Jewellery items over £25 will charged for guaranteed and signed for delivery with insurance. This naturally costs more than standard. If you would like to discuss other postal arrangements please do get in touch before making payment and we will see if we can arrange an alternative
Here at Odonata Studios we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you aren't, let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item and then return it to us in it's original condition and box (if applicable) for a full refund of the item.
