We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your purchase. We use standard mailing options for all jewellery items under £25. Jewellery items over £25 will charged for guaranteed and signed for delivery with insurance. Returns

Here at Odonata Studios we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you aren't, let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item and then return it to us in it's original condition and box (if applicable) for a full refund of the item. 

IMPORTANT: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that, at our discretion, we are under no obligation to refund or repair accidental or intentional damage incurred to any item once it is in the buyers possession.
