All East of India products are designed with love and care at their studio in Folkestone. By employing Asian artisans from Bali, and elsewhere in Indonesia, East of India enables the workers to remain in their family groups to earn a living using traditional skills passed down through the generations, without leaving their communities to seek work in the cities. It's their skills which give our East of India products their distinctive, and unique hand-crafted quality.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your purchase. We use standard mailing options for all jewellery items under £25. Jewellery items over £25 will charged for guaranteed and signed for delivery with insurance. This naturally costs more than standard. If you would like to discuss other postal arrangements please do get in touch before making payment and we will see if we can arrange an alternative
Returns
Here at Odonata Studios we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you aren't, let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item and then return it to us in it's original condition and box (if applicable) for a full refund of the item.
IMPORTANT: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Please note that, at our discretion, we are under no obligation to refund or repair accidental or intentional damage incurred to any item once it is in the buyers possession.
