Polished Amethyst Druze with Calcite

A striking polished Amethyst Druze, almost spherical in form and beautifully presented on a contemporary metal display stand.

The exterior has been smoothly polished to create a lustrous, curved surface, while the central opening reveals a natural lining of sparkling Amethyst crystals in varying shades of soft lilac through to deeper purple. Embedded within the Amethyst is a contrasting Calcite crystal cluster, adding another layer of interest and creating a particularly attractive natural focal point.

The combination of the smooth, highly polished outer walls and the contrasting crystalline interior makes this an especially tactile and visually appealing specimen. Displayed on its metal stand, it becomes a substantial decorative piece as well as an excellent addition to a mineral collection.
